Data conversion is to convert the color information of the bitmap into binary data 0 and 1 required by the control system. The bitmap information is transmitted to the lower computer through data conversion, and the lower computer controls the conveying of the yarn according to the pattern information, thereby producing the carpet that meets the requirements.
The communication system is the lifeline connecting the upper computer and the lower computer. Only when the communication line is unblocked can the normal work be ensured, and the bitmap data can be transmitted, and the data of the lower computer can also be transmitted to the interface, and the work of the tufting machine can be displayed correctly. state. The upper computer transmits the bitmap control data to the lower computer at one time, and the lower computer will transmit the working condition of the tufting machine to the upper computer interface in real time.

The host computer is divided into three parts according to different functions and structures. The operation interface completes the sending of operation instructions, the data conversion completes the conversion of bitmap images, and the communication system ensures data transmission. The division of labor between each part is clear and closely integrated, which ensures the normal operation of the entire host computer system.
