Automatic Latex Foaming Stirring Generator Machine

Introduction

This advanced automatic one mixing head and two head mixing foaming machine is designed for foaming for all kinds of carpets, artificial fur, rubber, cosmetics and similar products which need to coat latex or other types of slurry or pulp in process, as well as high foam requirements, such as wide carpet coating, non-woven finishing, textile fabric coating and making latex pillow etc. It can efficiently improve the utilization of the coating process and the basic properties of the slurry or pulp. The foams generated are uniform, fine and stable. It has a built-in cooling system.

At present, it has been extensively applied in water-borne PU industry, textile industry and latex pillow industry and other industries.
